About the Role

The Project Manager will play a critical role in the Network Transformation Project, ensuring its success through strong leadership and meticulous management of timelines, budgets and quality standards. The Project Manager will maintain project momentum, address challenges promptly and manage risks proactively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project activities such as analysis, budget management, risk management, acceptance testing and implementation, while ensuring that milestones are met and detailed reports are delivered.
  • Engaging and managing external network suppliers to design, install and commission the new network.
  • Implementing and validating network requirements, including wireless-first, high-performance, scalable and secure networks that incorporate AI and Machine Learning for troubleshooting.

About You

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing technology-focused projects, particularly those involving significant infrastructure transformations. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing external suppliers and high-value commercial contracts. Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience in rolling out wired and wireless networks across multiple locations, including necessary cabling upgrades.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders to schedule and coordinate changes during implementation.
  • A strong commitment to ensuring project success, including a willingness to take on tasks beyond typical project management duties to support the team.
  • Expertise in preparing and delivering comprehensive reports, training presentations and relevant project documentation.
