Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a wide range of patients.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans, track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior physiotherapists, offering guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of clinical services, including the development of new treatment protocols.
- Maintain precise and current patient records in compliance with professional standards and clinic policies.
- Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
Requirements
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – Essential.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to handle a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.
