Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed treatment plans for patients. This includes setting long and short-term goals, determining the frequency and duration of therapy and selecting appropriate treatment modalities. The PT must ensure that medical doctor (MD) orders are acquired for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges. They will provide comprehensive treatment using various modalities, adjusting patient care as necessary while adhering to prescribed precautions. Additionally, the Physical Therapist must complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy, such as a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS, recognized by the APTA. They must also hold a current license or registration as a Physical Therapist in their respective state, if applicable.
