Benefits of the Abertay University Scholarship:

For Undergraduate Students (BS):

• The scholarship offers up to £12,000 for new international undergraduate students.
• The award is £3,000 per year, for a maximum duration of four years.

For Postgraduate Students (MS and PhD):

• The scholarship provides a £3,000 award to new international taught postgraduate students.
• Successful recipients will have this amount deducted from their tuition fees.

Eligibility for the Abertay University Scholarship:

For Undergraduate Students (BS):

• Applicants must be first-year international students classified under Abertay’s overseas fee status.
• They must be enrolled full-time in their undergraduate program starting in September.
• They should meet all academic requirements specified in their admission offer.
• They must study on campus at Abertay University in Dundee.
• Advanced Entry Students: Those admitted directly into Level 2 or higher who meet the above criteria are also eligible.

Scholarship Duration:

• The scholarship is renewable each year of the undergraduate program, up to a maximum of four years, provided the student remains enrolled full-time on campus in Dundee. The award does not apply during any semesters spent abroad or on industry placements.

For Postgraduate Students (MS and PhD):

• The scholarship is available to all new international taught postgraduate students classified as International (Overseas) fee status by Abertay University.
• Applicants must have a UK 2:1 Bachelor’s degree equivalent or better (approximately 60% or higher).

• There is no need to submit a separate application for the scholarship. Abertay University will automatically consider applicants based on their academic application and personal statement.
